This month, we would like to introduce you to Ryan Williams, our enthusiastic & knowledgeable Development Manager.
Ryan runs the show here at Latitude25 and has managed many projects from the bottom up throughout Brisbane, Melbourne & Hervey Bay. When he gets a moment to himself, Ryan enjoys spending time with his young family but is also a bit of an adrenaline addict, often using his weekends for mountain bike riding & kite surfing.

Our Travelling Sales Centre (TSC) have been go, go, go for the first quarter of 2018. Their journey started off in Moreton Bay and then headed south for a successful few days showing the Fraser Coast to plenty of interested Melbournite’s at the Ballarat Great Outdoor Expo & Carisbrook at the Caravan & Motorhome Club of Australia State Rally.

Latitude25 Sales Manager, Jane, has had a busy few months and things are gearing up to be even busier; just the way we like it!

What an exciting start to 2018 it has been for Latitude25 with their very first slabs poured, frames erected & residents eagerly awaiting their new homes! Currently the Watson, Kennard, Walton & Morrison designs are under construction with the roofs being installed this week.
