Hervey Bay Celebrated The Commencement of Construction of Latitude25, The First Luxury Lifestyle Community Of It’s Kind!

Work is now truly underway at Latitude25, Hervey Bay’s brand new luxury development, following the Sod-turning ceremony at 45 Spring Way, Nikenbah, Queensland on the 13th June 2017.
Local stakeholders and VIP guests gathered on site for the official Gold Shovel ceremony and to celebrate the positive impact this innovative and exciting development will have on the Hervey Bay region.
This $140 million dollar development encompasses two magnificent lakes, green open spaces, tranquil parks and picnic areas, plus a $5 million dollar state-of-the-art Clubhouse and Leisure Centre.
