It’s exciting to announce that the First New Display Home at Latitude25 will be OPENING 26 to 28 July.

Our Development Manager, Ryan Williams and Landscape Project Manager, Shane Hensler show us the landscaping taking place at Latitude25, including our own nursery!

We are excited to introduce one of our future resident couple Gil and Kerry to Latitude25. This wonderful couple will be moving in later this year. They have kindly allowed us to share their story.

Our Travelling Sales Centre (TSC) have had a wonderful month exploring Queensland. We had expo’s through May in Cairns & Mackay so Bob & Julie made a month of it! They started off enjoying what Central Queensland has to offer staying in free camps along the way.

Jane’s phone has been running hot, hot, hot the last month. Now that we are announcing our Display Home Opening event, it shows no signs of slowing down but you won’t hear any complaints from us!

The Latitude25 site and Stage 1A are coming along very nicely (even if we do say so ourselves), with all 13 slabs now laid and final frames installed this week!

Our Latitude Ladies have teamed up with Maureen from Fraser Coast Tourism & Events to enter into the 2018 Rally for a Cause, Dunga Derby!
